Two offices, and statewide response for larger losses.
Most of our residential work comes from the metro. Older housing through the core cities means supply-line failures and frozen pipes in uninsulated walls; the newer suburbs skew toward appliance and water heater losses in finished basements.
A second location means we aren't running crews down Highway 52 for every call. Rochester covers the southeast — a mix of residential losses and commercial work across medical, hospitality, and multifamily properties.
For commercial and large-loss work — dormitories, hotels, office buildings, multifamily — we mobilize across Minnesota, including St. Cloud, Duluth, Mankato, and the surrounding regions. Temporary heat, temporary power, and desiccant drying travel with the crew.
If your city isn't listed, call and ask. We'd rather tell you honestly whether we're the right call than have you waiting on a crew that isn't coming.
