Judge us on the jobs.

Real Minnesota projects, start to finish. Water, fire, and the rebuild afterward.

  • Not a franchise. Family-owned, with a contractor's background behind every job.
  • IICRC Triple Master — water, fire & smoke, textiles.
  • Two Minnesota offices — Bloomington and Rochester.
  • Licensed and insured. MN #BC718628.
Who we are

We started as builders. That still shapes how we work.

Our owner spent 30+ years in construction and roofing before restoration, and fourteen of those years have been in water damage specifically. It's why we don't stop at drying.

Plenty of restoration companies are mitigation-only. They pull the water out, run equipment until the readings come back right, and hand you a list of contractors for everything after. We do the repairs ourselves — one company, one scope, and nobody learning your property from scratch halfway through.

Case study

Sprinkler line hit on the 20th floor.

A property manager at a Bloomington office building called after a sprinkler head was struck during an office mini-putt game. Water was already moving down through the building.

What we found

Damage across the 18th, 19th, and 20th floors. Water in an occupied office tower spreads down walls fast, and every floor has a different layout and different tenants.

What we did

Twelve-minute response to begin assessment. Six crews on site within twenty minutes. Commercial extraction, secure building access coordination, and equipment placement that let occupied floors keep working.

Because extraction started quickly, water didn't reach previously undamaged areas and secondary damage was avoided.

Case study

A kitchen leak upstairs, two units to rebuild.

A kitchen sink leak in a Minneapolis apartment ran into the unit below. Two units affected, tenants in place, and a property management company that needed the work done once and done right.

Mitigation

Moisture mapping to find what was wet behind finishes, then extraction and structural drying across both units.

Reconstruction

Full rebuild of the damaged units, with equipment placed and contractor hours scheduled so current tenants weren't disrupted.

Since the kitchen was coming apart anyway, we proposed changes while it was open — an angled pantry that gained the resident storage, and a custom ceiling border detail. Damage sometimes buys an upgrade.

Certifications

IICRC Triple Master Certified.

The IICRC sets the standards this industry works to. Master-level certification requires years of documented field experience on top of coursework, and holding three is uncommon.

Master Water Restorer

Extraction, moisture mapping, and structural drying — the core of most of what we do.

Master Fire & Smoke Restorer

Soot, smoke migration, and odor, which reach well past the materials that actually burned.

Master Textile Cleaner

Rugs, upholstery, and clothing. It matters more than it sounds once contents come out of a loss.

Our technicians are IICRC-certified, with Master-level certifications on staff. We pay for training and certification because the alternative is learning on somebody's house.
